DESIGN CONSULTATION

  • Every BTD Studio project begins with an In-Home Consultation. During this initial meeting, our expert design team will review the desired spaces, discuss your unique requirements and budget, and define the scope of the project.

  • The goal is to understand your interior style, desired budget, and current obstacles and discuss the overall vision for the space. It is also a time for you to learn more about us and our process.

  • Following the consultation, our team will create a custom scope of work and service proposal for design services.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

  • Our design team will curate a custom design using the information gathered at the initial In-Home Consultation.

  • We specialize in full home renovations, kitchen & bath remodelling, and custom interior or exterior design.

  • This service may include floor plans and space planning, curating material combinations for soft and hard finishes, planning interior details and colour palettes, and creating a project allowance to be used as a budgeting guide.

  • This service includes a design presentation to go over your design from beginning to end, as well as on-going communication, site visits, and communications with trades and suppliers to ensure that no detail is overlooked.

RENOVATION DESIGN EXECUTION

  • This is where we bring the vision to life, ensuring that your project delivers the extra special details that we’ve designed for you and that we achieve the end result that we worked so hard to create together.

  • Renovation Design Execution includes product and material sourcing, order management, providing your contractor and their trades the information required to implement the design such as detailed millwork and interior elevations, electrical plans and specification guides, communication between clients, trades and suppliers, site visits, installations and more.

  • During this phase, our team will manage the project from concept to completion, using our streamlined processes and expertise for a stress-free experience.

FULL-SERVICE DECORATING

  • You can trust that our design team will turn your interior decorating dreams into tangible reality. This service is perfect for clients who want a custom decorating experience, tailored to their individual needs, interior taste and lifestyle.

  • BTD Studio offers a wide range of interior decorating services, including but not limited to, space planning, furniture sourcing, lighting strategies, paint selections, styling and accessorizing and finish selections for minor renovations.

  • At BTD Studio, we are a big proponent of custom decorating, resulting in one-of-a-kind interiors for our clients. We offer custom furniture design, custom window treatments and custom millwork design for a bespoke result tailored to you.

2-HR MINI DESIGN SESSION

  • Includes an intensive 2-hour walk-through consultation with a BTD Studio Designer to review and discuss any space(s) in your home.

  • Your BTD Designer may assist with:

    • Paint colour selections.

    • Measuring key items to ensure proper flow, sufficient clearances, and appropriate scale throughout.

    • Décor and design tips (i.e. furniture styles, styling tips, furniture placement).

    • Verbal finish recommendations and/or reviewing of client provided samples.

    • Any design related recommendations i.e. space planning, millwork design, window treatments, storage solutions etc.

10-HOUR MINI DESIGN PACKAGE

  • Every 10-Hour Mini Design Package begins with a 2-Hour Mini Design Session. This is a time for us to understand your space, scope of work, budget, needs and overall vision. Our 10-Hour Mini Design Package may be used however the clients and designer see fit, based on client needs and overall project scope.

  • Services include (but are not limited to):

    • Paint colour selection.

    • Creating concept boards to visualize the space with design recommendations and inspiration photos.

    • Obtaining product quotes.

    • Sourcing furnishings and fixtures (retail only).

    • Retrieving samples for client review.

    • Reviewing floor plans or millwork drawings provided by the client.

    • Travel time to and from showrooms and/or client’s home.
